Introduction to Foundation Fitness - the training
protocol developed by the Rod Dedeaux Research and Baseball Institute at
USC specifically preparing throwers and strikers. The protocols are
used by Trojan pitchers and are in use by athletes at a major golf
performance institute

Foundation Fitness is a workout designed to bring
the body into balance top to bottom, front to back, accelerators and
decelerators and is done using a floor space, a wall space, a chair, and
your own body weight

Athletes can realize a 10-15% gain in absolute
strength with consistent use; Foundation Fitness can be done daily by
anyone of any age and skill level
